Friday was a long day, as I traveled over 300 miles in my car 🚙. Luckily I didn’t have extra food next to me & waiting until I was home to have my last meal for the day.


Still stayed with my Routine & attending my morning Gym class. Achieved another 800 calorie burn, so saved room for the extended day.....nearly 16 hours on the road.
76.0 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

HCB-Yes, we also had a Holiday Lunch, which was Fun, but a good 50 miles further away!!
