Had a deficit of 800 calories from walking more than usual...not underestimating bc I weigh everything. Up 3 lbs haha 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤪🤪🤪🤪😭😭😭 and here we go again. Celebrating one week below 130! 🎉🎊

and what was it?? something carby that made you retain water?? that does it to me on those rare times I endulge

I had something that was high in fiber. The fiber holds onto water too, so while that is carbs it’ll leave my body in a day or two.

Still ketoing hard and strong, no intentional cheat days/meals yet. I went over 25 grams twice. Once with a meal at a restaurant that wasn’t labeled properly and another i went over 50 g total but under 50 net grams and under the daily calorie intake. 24 days in...
