Happy 😆Friday! Lost a few ounces, so made room for the weekend meals.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

HCB, did my first deadlift today since the surgery & my feet survived. I went with lower weight to be safe. Thx for asking!!

Good for you! Recovery is hard. I did a foot surgery a couple years ago but eventually could jump squat again...this year it is arm surgery so lifting be down for a while.
