What do you do to burn 850 calories in the gym?

A combination of Conditioning & Strength and finish with Cardio. The process takes about 65 minutes. During conditioning we do multiple exercises, usually 5 to 6 & repeat them 4 times. We move to strength & concentrate on Major Muscle Groups (Chest, Legs, Shoulders/Back). Finish on an Assault Bike for about 15 minutes.
