Good Day......BOOT is gone, but ankle still swollen, although I can walk with two shoes 👟!!


Time to find a pair of compression socks....they look sexy, not 😂😂
76.9 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Compression socks aren't too awful. They now come in a variety of colors. Glad you're out of the boot!

There are some socks that I have found which provide support, but aren't as hard to get on and off. Actually got them at Marshall's and they were less expensive. 🧦

I badly sprained mine in February and it's still swollen, and gives me a fit, but is definitely livable

Adam, thx. I purchased the compression socks & definitely supplied key support. Dr said to wear them for a couple months.

Also Vim & Vigr make compression socks that are awesome. Not ugly things, but still medical grade.
