Same weight as yesterday. Super looking forward to getting into my 20s but I know the stalls along the way are normal. After all, I can’t expect to lose a lb a day and still eat.
59.5 kg Lost so far: 19.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
