LOL, just counted again finally and kept it under 3k calories barely. No donuts just Cinnamon toast crunch and some Skittles for dinner. Digiorno for lunch lol,,

That's a whole lot of water you carried for a day or two! :) Even though it is water, just once in my life, I'd like to see a drop like that. But I'm not brave enough to eat 5k calories in carbs. :)

6 pounds in a day. Only up 2 from before the weekend. Doesn't seem fair. Seems I can afford this type of weekend every week and maintain. Of course my goal isn't to maintain so I have to avoid doing it weekly lol

I hope you're able to relax and enjoy time with your family without forcing yourself to stay away from the gym. Probably spent all day watching bro videos to lift vicariously lol.
