Pumpkin patch weekend of no counting. I think I got it out of my system now. Time to lose again hahaha!

Chips will do it! For me it was iced pumpkin bars, donuts, Freddy's, Ice cream etc. Lost the abs but am gymtimidating a little more than normal with all of this glycogen lol

LOL @peeper! Well, it's actually almost 15 pounds(178 to 193) from my low of a couple weeks ago. But yeah, 8 more in a couple days. :P Bluefront, I think that I gained it all on the first day, I just maintained it a day later since I polished off a dozen donuts at the end of the day, lol. I only fasted for 10 hours and the abs are back. #Winning. Looks like I can afford to do this every other week or so! :P

Also, Bluefront, you have to keep in mind my average carb intake is 450 so putting on that much on top of my usual is pretty impressive. It would have been 20+ if I was on a LC diet.

Thanks, Chris! This is true. Just this morning I had to walk a kid through CPR on his own mother. I can't dwell on those types of calls. How would I function if I let it all add up? Thanks again, buddy!
