No changes today with the weight....counting the days with the ankle cast, 14 more!!

Gym was open today with only 5 people, plenty of room & machines!!

Goal was to reach 800 Cals, but took over 60 minutes.

Switched to the TEMPO Program on my exercises. Slow process, but felt good.

Assault Bike-18 minutes

• Cable Curls 10x
• Band Pulls 10x (3 sets)
• Push-ups 15x

Bench-3 Rounds -TEMPO
• DB Chest -10x
• DB Tricep - 10x
• KB Bicep-10x

Ski ERG -15 Cals, 3x

Time to visit the local Caffeine Cafe!!
77.1 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
