Did OK! Still experienced a midweek spike and then dropped some pounds over the weekend. I’m trying to find my way back in the 200s!
96.9 kg Lost so far: 50.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

At least you hang around the same weight. I'm either gaining or losing - never good at maintaining. And I've been doing nothing but gaining lately.

That is great! I don't even go to the gym, I am lifting dumbbells at home 30-40 minutes, 3-5 times a week, with Dvs or and app of workouts, I am really lazy sometimes, but I feel that my diet works faster when I am somehow active 😊. 10 minutes a day is still good.
