Hit the gym today for the first time since the foot surgery...7 days ago.

I looked a little funny while pumping only 1 foot on the Assault Bike. Pushed myself to 20 minutes & Burned 300 Calories. Finished the CrossFit with Upper Body, Push-ups & Tricep Press - Total Cals 550!!

Time for some Coffee!!
78.3 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
