Day two of a three-day water fast. Still need to move some bulk, so hopefully lower in the morning.

Good luck on your fast! Try to be 'aware' and 'present' on your 3rd day. This is the 'magic point' for me...

Amazing! I still haven't found the courage to do anything beyond OMAD - and even that I only managed a few days before our vacation. Need to work up to that again - you're doing great - thanks for the inspiring us!

Thanks, adef! Need more info on that day three strategy. My daughter was over last night with a houseful of friends. Crack chicken didn't stand a chance! They also ate up all the rest of the brats and steak and lots of chips. This morning, it was bagels and fruit. But I wasn't tempted by any of it. Thenester, I was the same way, but it was easy once I started.
