One day, I had fasted all day because we were going to have a big cookout at the campground with the usual grilled meats and veggies. Did a few laps in the pool plus other water exercises. Very hungry. DS had brought several pizzas for lunch which I had ignored. Electric went out, nobody wanted to cook because hello there is pizza, bread sticks and all kinds of chips. You can guess the rest. After my weekend the scale showed 219!!! Water retention from all that salt and carbs. Got back on track quickly! End result I still show a loss within my two week timeframe. I know I can work my way back from a short indulge. Onward!
