Fun surfacing research for you. Balancing Omega 3 to Omega 6 to about 1:4 will make sun-proof skin, without a need for sunscreen. In an American diet, 1:20 is found common, causing sun sensitive skin. As a simple way to get better ratio, excluding vegetable oils helps. I live in an area where max UV rating is common. An hour under this exposure does nothing to my skin. Hard to get a tan too.

Envious lol. Two hours drive to the beach from where I live now. Have lived most of my life near a beach. Miss it. Will have to make it a weekend trip soon. Good inspiration for a get-out. Thanks.
