Maintained weight

Started the Morning with a HIIT Program & it took 55 minutes & Burned 550 Cals.

It made room for my Breakfast!!
79.7 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
