Finished an 84-hour water fast (with coffee and supplements). Lots of water loss. Went from 228.0 on Friday morning to 212.4 on Monday morning. I'd call that a win! Back to OMAD and keto.
96.3 kg Lost so far: 51.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Good job! So far my refeed of no weight gain has worked 2 weeks in a row by keeping my carbs below 20.

Wow, you're getting the job done hard core. Hard to imagine 84-hour water fasting. 42-hour is my best. You doubled that. Maybe one day. Congratulations on turning it all around so quicly.

Wow - Hugely impressed - not sure I could ever go 84 hours - feel like I've just mastered IF 16:8... Thinking about doing a 24 hour fast for starters - I'm on vaca (stay-cay) next week so it might be a good time to try it...

Thanks, Adef, Diddlee, Gaelicgal, thenester, and Jimmie! I was amazed that this myself. I thought I would be doing good to get back to 219 something. But I found out that 72 hours is my limit. That extra night had me feeling dizzy the next day and I didn't go into work. So Friday through Sunday is my jam going forward -- once a month.

Hi, Patricia! The great part is, once you get fat-adapted, it doesn't take willpower. Any hunger that comes passes very quickly and you are on your way.

That is what I am still working on .. getting fat adapted. Reading more and more on this and working on the macros.
