A little goal today & almost there..590 push-ups to celebrate my age 59 x 10...so far 420 Completed, hopefully the last 170 won’t be to challenging!!
79.7 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
