Cheat Meal yesterday....Two Tacos, refried beans & rice!! I am sure it was over 1,000 Cals.

Let’s see if we can make it up today.

WOD-Hybrid - 700 Cals burned

Warmup-2 Laps

5 Minutes-I go/you go

• 4x Box Jumps
• 8x KB Swings

• 5x Dips
• Monkey Bar

• 5x Negative Push-ups
• 10x SB Chest Press

• 4x Strict Pull-ups
• 10x RB Curls

Finish:
• Assault Bike-100 Cals
80.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
