Went hard on the junk food on Canada day, including a sampler pack of Gluten Free Nanaimo bar, brownie and tons of other crap. Surprisingly I felt ok this am-but the scale tells a different story. Hoping this weight is temporary-but it was hard seeing the yo-yo. Anyways, staying accountable, loggin all my food and got my ass back to the gym this am. Minor setback, but I’m gunna keep on truckin’

I love reading the positivity in your posts! It IS very easy to binge and sometimes even easier to say "fuck it" & stay down, but you keep keepin' on..well done, you!
