• KB Swings 15x
• HR Push-ups 15x
• 10 minutes total

Back Squats
• 5 Reps 70% of MAX - 5 Sets

AMRAP
• KB Squats Tempo (5 secs down) - 10x
• Sky Jumps - 10x
• Weighted Lunges - 10x
• Minimum 3x
80.3 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
