None whatsoever! This was last Monday after Em came over on Sunday night and we ate brats and burgers and drank lots of wine. And then I went on vacation! Scarier numbers to come!

It will go up again I'm sure. I'm way up from there as we speak, but I record the lowest weight of the past 7 days. Call it a cheat, but it allows me to sand off the rough edges of water weight gains!
