I am sure this is water weight. Been loading up on non calorie liquids as usual. Did add a scoop day collagen protein to my coffee a few days which is supposed to help with hair, skin, and nails according to the hype. Plus diet coke one occasionally. Did a two day fast.

And as usual, I logged all foods so I know I am on target. Body is messing with me :)
97.1 kg Lost so far: 43.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

You are so right glen. Rather disappointing since I was expecting a nice drop after two days of back to back fasting. I should know better than to expect anything :)
