No weight changes today as I consumed my Cals vs Burn!!

WOD-:30sec on/:60sec Rest, 3 Rounds
• Jump Rope
• Cardio
• MB Slam
• Hanging Knee Ups
• TRX Plank
• Cable Pulls :15sec each side
• Burpees
80.1 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
