I'm starting to think it's salt that is hindering progress. I didn't add salt to a meal that normally I would have. I didn't eat any pretzels, either . I did eat olives, which I believe have sodium and I did add salt to the meat I cooked last night. But I thinky overall sodium intake was less yesterday. I don't put a lot of stock in what this app says I've taken in sodium, especially since I've seen so many discrepancies in calories and macros, but I will look back to see what it says I've been ingesting (I don't list salt when I add it myself, so it won't be accurate anyway).

Focus on sodium make sense. I'm playing around with it currently, and find it has a huge impact on the body weight. It also affects Fat% from the scales. Now try to find a way to keep my intake of sodium steady, to produce more steady body weight readings in hopefully near future.
