Back from Vacation...no weight gain!!

WOD
• 5x Pull-Ups
• 10 HR push-ups
•15x Sumo KB Squat Pulls
• AMRAP-10 min

Followed w/
• Chest Press Max 2x
•Deadlift Max 2x

Burned 450 Cals
80.6 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
