No change with the scales today, yeah!!

Back to the Calorie & Rep Counting process.

Fun Exercises this morning:
AMRAP (3 minutes x 3 Rounds)
• BB Power Clean/Sumo Pulls 3x
•HR push-ups 6x
•Air Squats 9x

Finish w/Back Squats 5 Rounds
80.8 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
