Averaged 1770 for 4 days last week. Dropped a lot of water and I'm sure some fat. Averaged 2500 last two days. Extra food in my system, averaged higher carb intake added water weight plus double the sodium intake equals about a 5.8 pound gain. Easily explainable and zero reasons to freak out. Today may be another off day since it is still my weekend but I'll try to make it better than the last two. I'll be doing some bodyweight exercises at home. The added weight will make them harder hence more calorie burn, lol. Gotta be an optimist about things. I should be back in the 180's in a couple days and hopefully 185 soon.

How tall are you? Is 180 a bit low for your height?

5'9" 144-176 is supposedly my healthy weight range.

Of course, 144 would require little muscle mass. At 176 I'd be very lean. I wouldn't mind getting there temporarily for my Tough Mudder. Less weight just makes running through water/mud for 10.6 miles a lot easier haha!

OK! Great! Those BMIs are a bit low for people with actual muscle weight.

My hubby is large framed and growth stopped at 6’ at 14 because he broke both growth plates (he’s the runt of his family with the tallest over 7’!). He should be 180-205 I think. 225 and he looks sick. 250 he looks trim. I take those numbers with a grain of salt ;).

You seem to be into body building so I have a question if you don’t mind. I use online calculators and based on measurements it says I’m 86lb lean weight and 66lb fat for a 44% BMI I think it was. Could that possibly be true? At 107-112 I was scrawny but could easily lift/carry 40-50 lb. At 16 yo and 110 I could carry 50-80 easily but ow as young ;). Now 20-35 is my max for any length of time. Just wanting opinions for someone(s) that know more about lean weight versus fat and thought you may know more than I. I start the liveSTRONG program next week so I plan to ask the trainer as well. Thanks :).
