Weight fluctuates 2-3 lbs each day, mainly due to exercise Variation. Active Recovery today with 10 minute Cardio & 40 minutes of mild lifting , Chest & Bicep.
80.8 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
