Three days back on keto I have dropped the weekend cheat weight. A good lesson. I actually feel way better eating keto, but I still battle some weird emotional pissy part of me that really wants me to cheat, even knowing it will get me into a negative vortex of shame and guilt. Eating keto is saving me from that bacause the desserts are actually way tastier than normal...yay added fat-feel...but I need to have access to the right ingredients
87.1 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
