The two days after I ate a lot of whipped cream I my weight climbed up (so sad). I froze it and put sugar-free strawberry syrup with keto chocolates and it was way better than ice cream, so I ate quite a bit,

When I went to Vancouver I ate a bun on my burger and fries on the ferry with one of those cinnamon knot things. And I ate a skor toffee apple and maple fudge on Sunday when I was coming home from the ferries.

ANd yesterday I ate a cookie.

So now I am in the midst of Keto flu with achy joints and regret. ANd CRAVINGS!!!!
88.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
