This is the easiest way to lose wieght ever. I have never eaten so well and it is coming off after years of starvation, confusion as to why my body just gets fatter, and feeling like a failure. I am so relieved that I am finally on the right track.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
