Drinking fluids I assume? If your weight hasn’t moved for a month you may have to decrease calories. But you may wanna increase the amount 80cals a Day first, for 2 weeks, if u notice it going down, then increase by 150, if it goes up, then you’ll probably have to decrease perhaps.

I have lost some weight in the last couple of weeks. Last week was rough as we were out of town unexpectedly, so my eating wasn't the best. The fact I didn't gain more was a surprise. Iam drinking my fluids. Upped my fiber. Just can't seem to get things moving. Under a lot of emotional stress. That could possibly be a factor, I suppose. Trying to get back on track this week.

Stress can have an impact yes, water retention can raise under higher cortisol levels, which could also contribute to less weight being lost. As you know. But that’s usually if it’s from prolonged elevated levels, under normal levels it actually isn’t all that “bad” and provides a few positive rolls in the body. But anyways, once everything returns to normal, diet/activity/stress levels etc. then your weight should normalize and you should be able to rule out possibilities contributing to what it’s doing after that.
