Went up to 225 and back again this week. It's like playing in my own water park!
95.5 kg Lost so far: 51.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi, Kathy and Kattay! It's back to work tomorrow, but will not be eating out and will not eat until I get home. Should be able to keep it going one more day...
