Woke at 210.6, down 5.0 from yesterday after a major whoosh overnight. I was up several times to pass the water. Will fast until dinner today when I will eat 650-700 calories. UPDATE: Fasted until 2 pm and ate two huge spinach salads (plus a few pieces of bacon Denise had cooked -- hard to resist)! Weighed exactly 210.6 at 6 pm before dinner, so I stayed at a steady weight all day with a lot of flushing water and waste. I did eat 980 calories today on a 650 calorie goal so there are not many left for the last day of the month tomorrow. I will fast until dinner and eat all veggies if I have to. That should get me back to the 1500 per day monthly goal.
