I’m new to this app, and I’m really hoping that this will help me.

I have a terrible history with body image and disordered eating, starting 10 years ago with being underweight and obsessive, and now being a solid 40 lbs overweight and unable to somehow get this under control!

It’s all about my diet. I work out 4-5 days a week, with heavy focus on strength training. I just can’t get my eating under control.

If anyone else has dealt with these issues, it would be nice to hear how you overcame it,
Or how you’re working on it currently.

I’m cautiously optimistic.
