Woke at 211.0, down 1.4 from yesterday after some nice water and bulk movement. The FMD is working great -- of course, I'm eating 800 calories a day so that is to be expected. This is my last day at 800 calories. I'll do something between 1200 and 1500 tomorrow, probably all at dinner. I will do OMAD for the rest of the month unless something comes up for a lunch meeting or something. UPDATE: Had the salad shown elsewhere for lunch and then after work I drank a 32-ounce beer as shown in the photo. That obviously blew away my net carb goal. Came home at 213.0, so this morning's weight is today's low. Only had calories left for a little dinner and I had an avocado going soft so I ate that. Ended up 90 calories over my goal but I think we'll survive! Pretty good results from the FMD.

Bill, I'm very interested in your FMD adventure. You're usually keto, right? I noticed you reported 1.3 ketones a day or so ago. Is that good?? I use the sticks so don't have the reference. I'm interested in doing something to kick my weight loss. I seem to be stuck. I don't mind slow but 1 - 2lbs a month is agonizing. Any words of wisdom?
