Woke at 216.4, down 2.8 after Fasting Friday. Targeting 1880 calories today. If I hit that, I will have ended the month at exactly 1500 calories per day. That target resulted from me taking my estimated lean body mass times 10. The jury is still out on this as I really did not lose as much as I thought I would. Considering April's experiment, which might be carnivore based (as long as I can get enough meat lined up). UPDATE: Had a nice lunch and a good dinner. Ate pretty close to calorie goal for the day and the month. About double the net carbs I wanted but April is a new month! Went and saw the movie Ready Player One. It was great. Weighed 214.0 at the end of the day.
