Woke at 219.2, up 2.0 from yesterday. It's Fasting Friday, so I will be drinking a lot of black coffee and water today. Minimal calories from bitter almond seeds and krill oil. Will break the fast on Saturday afternoon. UPDATE: Water fast today. Ended up taking a two-hour nap after work hours. This has become a pattern on these fasting days. Not as cold as I've been on recent Fasting Fridays, but the weather is better, too. Got to 217.4 before bedtime. Hoping for more of a loss by the morning.
