Time for some kitchen work. Got some bone broth going and just baked a Nordic Nut and Seed Bread.

I plan to make some next weekend. A buddy of mine at work is gonna smoke a couple chickens for me then I'm gonna break them down & put the meat in freezer bags. I got a pair of shears and some cheesecloth like you were talking about too. Hope I get some jello lol!

bug look at you miss chef...talking about cheesecloth ..you are a smart cookie looks good I was cooking up a chicken...homemade broth will add tons of bok choy to it kinda a filler type soup when I'm working 16 hrs..its good.... keeps me more focus when I'm running low in energy;)

bone broth is great for detox and boosting immune system, gotta add a little bit vinegar and cook really slowly
