Woke at 214.2, down 3.0 from yesterday. Finished day three of FMD. Two more days of 800 calorie FMD (but I am being taken out to lunch on Monday after I do a presentation, but I should be able to do a nice salad somewhere). Cleared a lot of fallen branches and pulled my pool cover out of the pool after the windstorms of two days ago, so I got a lot of exercise in a fasted state this morning. Have not eaten as of 1 pm and will continue going until a serious hunger pang hits. Today is weigh in day and I'm hoping for a down arrow! UPDATE: Continued the day of hard work. Cleaned out my messy home office in order to provide a nicer backdrop for my video blog tomorrow night. Looks OK. I had a massive calorie burn and walked 4.3 miles inside my house! Went about 30 calories over target, but I think the calorie burn will handle that. And OMG, all these veggies have me regular! Definitely a distinct difference from keto with the protein and high fats. Moved a ton of water and bulk today and ended the day at a nice 211.4. This is a bad day for the Omron meter as it registered me as GAINING 3 percentage points of body fat! The Tanita is much more consistent. One more FMD day!
