Woke at 216.6, down .8 from yesterday. Slept in and then had a massive omelet and some Nordic nut and seed bread for lunch. Still full as of 5 pm. Denise made turkey chops with peanut butter sauce for dinner. Today's carbs are keto levels. UPDATE: Ate a lot today (over calorie goal) and weighed 218.2 before bed. The waking weight is today's low.

Peanut butter sauce?! That sounds like something I need in my life. (especially since I have four jars in my cabinet after they were on sale at the grocery store lol) Would you mind posting a recipe/directions if you get time?
