Woke at 212.6, up .8 from yesterday but probably better than I deserve after a day that included chocolate, low cal ice cream, and some red wine. Blood ketones were .5 millimolar, which isn't bad considering I drank the wine near midnight. Crazy weather here as some sort of tropical storm is passing through. It's rained for 12 hours straight and it is 63 degrees outside! Picking up Emily from the airport today. Happy Sunday! UPDATE: Skipped lunch and picked up Em at the airport. We had a nice dinner out on our way home. Drank some more red wine when I got home. Weighed 215.8 before bed. The waking weight is today's low.

oh wow! still sounds beautiful to me .. sorry about the flood. It was 5 degrees today i think it got a little higher after noon but i didn't check .. lol Hope all turned out well after setting up the dehumidifier!
