Woke at 211.8, down 2.4 from yesterday. Blood ketones were off the chart at 3.6 millimolar! I would have to say my first 'Fasting Friday' was a smashing success. I'm heading out the door for Pennsylvania and will take my first meal at lunchtime. Targeting 2146 calories or as much protein and good fat as I can get in half a day! UPDATE: Ate a good lunch at the racing museum but then a friend gave me a dark chocolate bar there and I ate it. I felt the carb rush on my drive back home. Jason brought home a nice Unwich from Jimmy Johns for dinner. I also ate a bit of Wink frozen ice cream while I was misbehaving. Calories OK but carbs way too high. Let's see what the ketones look like in the morning. Later, drank some red wine to help with regularity. UPDATE: Weighed 213.2 after dinner, so my waking weight is today's low.

Bill, Noticed the higher amounts of cal's your doing the more weight you've been losing.Eat to lose. Excellent New Weight! p.s. I better get on the stick.hahaha
