Woke at 212.8, up .8 from yesterday. Eating the same lunch today. Let’s see if we can drop a bit before dinner. UPDATE: Came in the door at 215.0, the result of stuff going in and nothing coming out. Running late this morning so I did not measure blood ketones and didn't do them after work either. Ate some greasy chili, celery, peanut butter, and more red wine for dinner to try to get things moving. Ended up with double the net carbs I wanted. Waking weight is today's low. LATE UPDATE: Ate a pint of Wink Frozen dessert before bed (100 cals, 4 net carbs, and 16 grams of fiber). Hoping that will help shake things loose. I recorded the calories but they are not shown in my text below.

That flavored tuna incident is why I never buy anything that needs an ingredient list. It helps that I love to cook (and grow) my own food.
