Woke at 213.4, up .4 after from yesterday. Happy with that for sure after a late Christmas Eve dinner. Fasting until we enjoy an egg casserole at 11 or noon. Merry Christmas, everyone! UPDATE: Had a wonderful Christmas Day with family and friends. Started with a terrific egg casserole and then had honey baked ham and turkey for lunch (and again for a snack later). Also had lots of wine and some meat and cheese snacks while playing games. A wonderful day that took me into a rare calorie surplus but it's all good. Forgot to weigh in at night, so we will see what happens in the morning!

Hey Guys and Draglist, hope all of you are doing great! I just joined this app. I am planning to get down my weight. Right now I am on 246 lbs and I wanna bring it to 206 lbs for a healthier life and to get ready for my sisters marriage. Any guidance how to choose the right food as I believe food is an integral part of weight loss. I am finding it difficult to keep up with schedule and fulfill my calorie count while keeping all the nutrients up. Any suggestions help will be really helpful. I have a daily goal of completing 2000 calories. Minimum Sodium and Sugar, less carbs. Thanks very much in Advance. We can do it!!
