Woke at 210.6, down 2.0 from yesterday. Two glasses of red wine were as effective for regularity as three. Perhaps I can do one a night going forward, which would be a nice cadence! Fasting until truly hungry today and as of 1 pm, that hasn't happened. UPDATE: Fasted until 6 and then had another turkey on lettuce sandwich and some pork rinds with sour cream and salsa. Also added a glass of red wine. Weighed 211.8 before dinner and since I didn't eat anything all day, it must have been my muscle tissue soaking up the glycogen from what I drank (I am actually heavier than my waking weight plus the drinks I drank today minus urination). Low for the week was my 210.2 on Thanksgiving morning, so I recorded that. Entering the work week without my water flushing crutch -- Lasix. Let's see how we do over the next four days.
