10/22/17 UPDATE: Got to 214.2 before dinner. Jason walked in the house with another Unwich, so there are 744 calories added. Will go lower tomorrow. UPDATE: New low weight before bed as the slimming tea and Lasix do their stuff.

Ah, the joy of clarity in numbers. Visceral fat is the most challenging to me. DXA reading gave mass and volume, which I'm not sure how to compare to the Tanita's calculate the visceral fat rating.
