Woke at 212.2, down .8 after a low cal keto day with maximum regularity. Did six cups of slimming tea (two large glasses iced) and that more than worked. Off to work today so my calorie burn will be higher the weekend. Enjoy your week! UPDATE: Spoke at a conference today where they provided lunch. It was a nice tuna salad on wheat bread with an apple, chips, and a cookie. Took a fork and ate the tuna out of the sandwich and gave away the rest. Drank two Diet Cokes. That was it until I got home but even after walking 3.2 miles, I weighed 213.0. Ate several types of meat for dinner (leftovers plus some prepared dinners Denise brought home). Still stayed at keto levels. Ate under 1500 calories but still have some catching up to do to achieve a 1650 per day average (after doing the first 8 days with an 1800 average). Waking weight is today's low.

Great Job!!!! Ice always makes drinks taste better. I load up my glass with ice for the lemon juice and water!!! :)... I love chewing on the icecubes!!
