When protein and calories are equated, it does not matter the source or the percentage of the other macronutrients, you will achieve the same results. Gotta love Science.

How much protein do you recommend? I've been aiming for 130 G or so but it's difficult.

I had success on a diet averaging 90 grams per day so 130+ is not a requirement. I've raised my average recently with greek yogurts, protein bars, tuna pouches etc.
