Woke at 217.4, down .8 from yesterday after a low cal day. Eating a full 1910 today (approximately 500 less than my daily needs). UPDATE: Ate a few almonds for lunch and then didn't eat dinner (but did some drinking at an after work event). Did not weigh in at night, so will keep the 217.4 as today's weight (although I'm confident I didn't weigh that much before bed)!
